Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena recently spent the time with the visually impaired, hearing impaired and speech impaired children of the Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind at Ratmalana.
He inquired about the issues pertaining to them and served them with refreshment. Each year, the Prime Minister makes a habit of allocating his time for the children of the Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind at Ratmalana.
The Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind at Ratmalana is the first school in Sri Lanka dedicated to the education of children with special needs.
