A System to pay bus fare via bank cards

Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya stated that, in line with Digital Economy Month, the official website aigov.lk on Artificial Intelligence is launched, and a system enabling passengers to pay bus fares via bank cards will be introduced.

The inaugural workshop of a program series organized by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government, was held on August 28 at the Western Provincial Council Auditorium in Battaramulla. The newly constructed Relic Chamber at the historic Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte Raja Maha Vihara premises was offered to the Buddha Sasana today (August 24) with the participation of the Prime Minister, Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, for the veneration of the Maha Sangha and the devotees.
