PM’s Office mobile health clinic provides medical services to Pannipitiya residents

A free health clinic organized by the Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena’s office with the sponsorship of Pannipitiya Private Hospital at Dharmapala Vidyalaya on Saturday (19) provided medical services to hundreds of people in Pannipitiya, Maharagama, Kottawa and surrounding villages.

The clinic comprised of medical services, dental, eye, gynecology and other tests as well as blood tests. Pregnant mothers belonging to lower-income families were given Rs 8,000 worth of food and other essential supplies each.
While Chairman of Pannipitiya Private Hospital, Dr. Eng Ananda Kuruppuarachchi, Dr Mrs Lalitha Kuruppuarachchi, the medical staff as well as nonmedical staff of the Hospital provided medical assistance, Mr Indika Samarasinghe and Ms Pasadi Dias Samarasinghe and several others contributed food, milk and other essential items for the health clinic.
